A Different Kind of Floor Cover

Spent all day yesterday helping my oldest son put down the floor in the second story den/playroom/music room area and it was like nothing I had ever seen before.

He said that they saw this at the Karate School and Regular School in their area and decided to go with it.  Time will tell about the durability and maintence but it sure went down easy except for the angle cuts around the bandstand/riser/stage.

I'll try to find out exactly where he got this and post a link later if I can.

Here are a few pics from yesterday - - - excuse the bad flash on the camera.

I have seen that sorta thing in a dojo too and it appears to be very durable. I really like the look of it too. thumbsup.gif

Here's a brief follow-up on the flooring.

My son got his from this place

He said it cost him about $2/sq ft which ain't bad considering the "labor and installation" was free nana.gif "ME"
