Christmas Fun Present !

OK, gang, I had mentioned on another thread that my oldest son had let his 2 cycle tiller get all screwed up and when I couldn't get it to running he just said "throw it away and I'll get another one" !

Well, I decided to try one more time so I ordered a carb kit (diaphram type made in Ireland) and finally got it to running.  After fabing some new linkage, it was as good as new BUT as far as he knows it went to the County Landfill.

So here's my plan:  You can see from the following pictures that my sense of humor is on the old weird side but that's all I got so it'll have to do.  On Christmas morning I will take it over to his house and surprise him with his "Lost in the Fifties Customized Craftsman Tiller" !

BTW, it cranks on the first pull and runs like a new one now !

speakin of V/8 power,, I've had a hankering for a Trike motorcycle for quite a while now,, and have a 454 BBC in the shed, so i'm really considering putting a frame together  and building a trike,, might be a fun project,,, confuse or a death trap,,,no

Nope he hasn't bought a new one yet but he's the kind that waits to buy the tiller after he's bought the seeds.

Those Gals racing them Tillers are some tuff Mamas and I'll bet they keep a spit cup on their ironing boards.

"You might be a Redneck IF?" biggrin
