It's a beautiful day in the Neighborhood !

Weather is gorgeous today so I picked up a 3.6 # rack of pork spare ribs and fired up the Brinkman at 7am.  They've been low and slow'n for almost 4 hours and ended up with quite a decent bark (which I like) so I cut them apart, brushed them with Sweet Baby Ray's, wrapped in foil and put back on the grill to stay warm.  At lunch I'll do a couple of ears of corn in the microwave from 7 minutes and the jalapeno pintos have been slow simmering on the stove for a couple hours.  Should be a decent chow down.

Thanks, Em. The snow still surrounds us a foot deep plus so it will be a while before the cooker gets used for more then a quick hamburger.

It does look good thoughbiggrin
