First time Twice Baked Taters

Never done this or even eaten them but I thought I'd try it today and then turned out great and now I have the TB and will probably never do a regular BT again.  So since it's just the wiffy and I, I just put one medium Irish Spud in the oven at 425 for 45 min and while it was baking I browned and sauteed some chopped bacon and green own-yawns. At the end of 45 min I removed the Tater, let it cool a little, slice in half long ways, scoop out the centers being careful not to damage the skins and then I mixed the scooped out tater with the sauteed stuff, some sour cream and butter. Placed the mixture back into the skins, topped with jalapeno jack and jalapenos and put back into the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. While the last bake was going on I browned some more bacon and chopped up some green own-yawn tops. After they were finished baking I topped them with the final bacon and tops and it was "Larapin". Thank you for watching, now we return to regular programming. :dont:

That thing on the side is a thin cut broiled pork chop with a little SBRay's on top. Man's gotta have his Protein yanno ! :whiteflag:

Three threads about eating ---- and I haven't had breakfast yet. Gotta say that it wont be a diet kinda day. I like my TB taters, hamburgers with any one or all the fixin's are a separate food group. Then desserts - well my ever expanding waistline proves I don't miss many.

Looks like a stop at a greasy spoon for my favorite breakfast after my trip to the doc's office for some seamstress work - scrambled, home fries, bacon and toast is in order
