I was very doubtful about doing ribs in one hour until I did a batch and they were fantastic. You can do these on your Weber or small grill with a very small amount of charcoal also. I always called these Farmer's Cut ribs but some folks call the Chops, Jacks Ribs and Country Style ribs. I also like to get the bone-in 'cause IMHO there's something about that bone that gives the meat a better taste.
