Hope Y'alls weekend is going well and was wondering if anyone is Grillin and Chillin today. After we get back from the Grocery Store, I'm planning on doing a Beer Butted Bird and probably some Tater Salad and Roastin' Ears for sides. Got some new Spices and Sauces I want to try out so I'll post up some pics and stuff of the cook, later.

Yup, Russ, did the Cajun this time but I've done it other ways also. The beauty about this type of cooking is that it comes out moist "every time" so I would use what ever flavors I liked. You can add onion, butter, garlic, worchester or anything to the brew can that you prefer. There's some ?decent? Youtubes on it also but some of them get too carried away for my "Taste"

Yup, 2 hrs on the ECB (el cheapo Brinkman) with a beer can up it's posterior.
The next day I boned all the meat and leg quarters (cat food) off the carcus, wrapped it in foil and heated it in the oven. Picked it 'buzzard" clean and used Suckle Busters Chipolte Sauce as a dipping sauce with a dollop of tater salad on the side and it was "larapin" for the second time.
May He Rest In Peace !
