Christmas Day Cook

Food, Family and Friends can only equal a great Day.

I was afraid that the ribs would be cold by the time we ate so I used the double wrap with foil, then double wrapped with thick towels and resting in a cooler two hours before eating and it worked great.

The deboned stuffed chickens from Hebert's (A Bears) Specialty Meats were also a hit   As was the shrimp marinade, texas caviar, nanner puddin, and veggie bake.

Only mess up was when the Grandaughter forgot to watch the Candied Yams and we had a very small (and fortunately, temporary) fire in the oven.
