Water pressure

Wife is complaining that our water pressure has gone down a bit. We are on a well with pump in the well. Water comes into a pressure tank and then into the water filter, softener etc. Had some maintenance done on the filter recently and the guy drained the pressure tank. Since then, the pressure seems lower. I notice that there is what looks like a Schrader valve on the tank, I suspect that it adds air to the other side of the bladder in there. Do I just add a bit of air in there and it will increase the pressure or do I mess with the hi/low switch on the pump control?

This is the brand I had in the previous home : http://www.amtrol.com/troubleshooting_IOmanuals.htm - and what I have on our baseboard HW furnace. I've had to adjust the pressure on any I've ever had for output pressure
